We’ve spent the last 3 months supporting our members and community online and now we are opening it up to new members that need or want some support and coaching.
GI Joe Personal Training isn’t just a gym and this isn’t just a training programme.
We’re not just giving you a programme to follow along at home that consists of the usual burpees and air squats….
WELCOME TO GI JOE PERSONAL TRAINING’S OUTDOOR TRAINING PROGRAMME
Welcome to complete access to coached sessions, nutrition support and all the benefits of being coached from an outdoor facility but also with access to our virtual gym programme to also train from the comfort of your own home, garden or field.
If you’re ready to enjoy a balanced lifestyle whilst dropping unwanted weight and not wait another 7 weeks to do so – our 30-day kick start programme is for you.
Every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday
7pm – 8pm
North Dock (Meet at Llanelli Beach Carpark)

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE EVERYTHING YOU NEED.
SINGLE USE SESSION
This will enable you to pay per session. Before attending your first session please ensure you have filled in the Health Question beforehand
WHAT YOU'LL GET FOR £37
OUTDOOR COACHED SESSION’S
Classes which are coached to our high standards which we are known for.
Coaches at the top of their field will take you through a session ensuring you move and train appropriately.
Our sessions run Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays at 7pm
Groups are limited to 25 members to ensure everything is customised to you and your goals along with maintaining Covid-19 safety requirements.
We also run virtual coaching body weight sessions through zoom and facebook LIVE “follow along” sessions throughout the week in our members group that you’ll be able to attend
You’ll have access to up to 3 sessions per week outdoors
You’ll receive nutritional support, recommendations and advice, making changes to your diet as simple as possible.
In case you get held up, life gets in the way or you can’t get online for a session we also provide full video walk-through’s of sessions you can do at home, so you can train with one of our expert coaches talking you through to follow along at home.
We have built an amazing community of supportive clients who’ve been where you are, pushed through the hard times and are there to help you when your feeling low. It’s one big family who lift each other up!
BEYOND THE COACHED SESSIONS
Support like you’ve never had it before. We provide support, education and accountability in our private Facebook group.

The Boring But Important Bit
Outdoor sessions will last up to 60 minutes, comply with all Covid-19 social distancing protocols and cleaning and ensure you have zero contact points starting and finishing the session.
All training equipment and cleaning equipment provided as and when any equipment is used.
