Joe as you can guess by the name was the Founder of GI Joe Personal Training and the reason it is what you see today. Although he runs the operations behind the scenes, he still plays a vital role in coaching on a daily basis.

A Bit About Me

First of all I’d like to tell you who I can best help and why, before you consider myself as a coach for you. I genuinely love empowering women, working with a lot of ladies who struggle with confidence and being able to give them the confidence to stand naked in front of their partners, wear a bikini on a beach or go swimming with their children gives me an amazing feeling.

For me it’s not just about achieving the weight loss, I see that as a byproduct of achieving fitness, health and confidence. Yes, I want to be known for getting people in the best shape of their lives, but more so for actually teaching them how to stay there for the rest of their lives.

There’s no point cutting everything out, getting to your goal and then going backwards when you start living life again. I teach how training, eating, recovering, relaxing and socialising needs to be balanced to keep you on track. You can’t be expected to be ‘on a diet’ for the rest of your life, train everyday forever but at the same time you can’t expect to eat junk food and have nights out every week without eventually gaining weight.

Having children has taught me one vital thing; it’s got to be a lifestyle you can live by. So I come in where you are at currently, listen to where you’ve been before with training, nutrition and get an understanding of where you want to go.

That’s when we map out a plan of action that will work for you.

I will ensure you are still doing things you enjoy, while also doing the thing’s you need to do, and I will always work on your weaknesses, because by doing so, you will only ever become stronger, leaner, healthier, and happier overall.
