KAYLEIGH WILLIAMS
G.I JOE PERSONAL TRAINING COACH
Coach Kayleigh has been through the gym as a client, wanting to drop the baby weight and then stepping on stage to compete as a bikini model, during this time she became a PT at GI Joe Personal Training and hasn’t looked back since. Kayleigh’s personal yet inspirational approach to her clients has enabled her to achieve some truly amazing results online and offline.
I’ve been exactly where you are now…
I was in the British Army for 8 years, had a good job yet wasn’t doing what I was passionate about, I was stuck in a rut. I decided to step out of my comfort zone, and leave. I qualified as a Personal Trainer and became the first female coach back in 2016
I’ve been exactly where you are now, I’ve got two amazing young boys and a husband who works a lot of hours so making time for myself is difficult. I started off training with Joe back in 2016 which was what originally inspired me to extend my knowledge and turn my dreams into reality. If I can do it, so can you!
Having two children myself, I’ve witnessed first-hand what changes happen to our body not just through pregnancy but also how it becomes more difficult to change back to what you may have been before.
Whether it’s fitness, body image, health, lack of energy or your confidence you want to change, you have the power to achieve it. Surround yourself with like-minded people who bring out the better in you.
I believe we all have our strengths and weaknesses but it isn’t until you embrace them and focus on YOU instead of others is when you will get success.
I’m not someone who will pander to you needs, if you have a goal I will get you there. I work closely with my clients, breaking down barriers and building knowledge you can take away to maintain a healthy lifestyle for yourself and your family, after all I believe this should be a lifestyle change not just a ‘quick fix’ and everyone needs balance, we all want to enjoy a social life and not live on lettuce and be in the gym 24/7.
