In the Body Transformation Package you benefit from the following:

Above you'll find a walk through of your tracking sheet, as well as the other tabs on there for your use.

The main things you will need to do when starting are below;

  • your current weight
  • current daily step count
  • current daily sleep
  • how often you train per week
  • daily calorie intake (if known)

Once this has been done, your coach will then go in and set your targets (as described in the video above).

Below you will find some walk through videos on MyFitnessPal as well as example meal plans to download.

WHAT TO DO NEXT?

It can seem rather daunting when you first get your tracking sheet, but don't stress...change is only hard if you don't embrace it
Now you've set your sheet up, let's look at how many calories you'll be starting on (don't forget, your calories WILL be increased through the project)
