10 PT Sessions
Depending on your needs, you’ll receive around three Small Group Personal Training sessions a week with one of our three expert trainers.
Access to Group Classes
You can complement your personal training sessions by attending our group classes
One of our team will be your assigned fitness coach and will be on hand whenever you need them, to help you stay on track.
Full Movement Screening
Your first session is always an hour one-to-one where we assess your movement and flexibility.
You’ll receive comprehensive nutrition advice to complement your fitness programme and help you reach your goals faster.
