Our Brilliant BeachFit Body Sessions

This is the backbone to GI Joe Personal Training. BeachFit Body has been changing lives since October 2013, aimed at those who are looking to get a helping hand in the right direction, make friends, socialise AND boost their confidence

Our ladies are replacing their gym memberships with a BeachFit Body membership. Why?
We have created a community, a family that look after eachother. Helping each member along the way with their journey, be it weight loss, fitness, making friends or just to have some ‘me’ time whilst getting fitter

We specialise in training and nutrition programs that achieve the results our members want.

Once again, we are making waves by making it more than just a fitness session with our social get togethers being a big part of the experience

We have taken ladies from no running whats so ever to ladies running half marathons, from no press ups to 60 press ups in 2 minutes!

So what does a BeachFit Body membership get you?

  1. 3 sessions a week (no 2 sessions are the same)
  2. A sexy T-shirt when joining
  3. Entry to our online community
  4. Training by our top coaches

We do all this for £27 a month! no long tie-ins like with most gyms and you can speak to your coach when ever you need to.

So what’s the catch?

Well there isn’t one….unless you hate fun, high energy workouts in an amazing atmosphere and loaded with great people who see each other as friends as soon as they start.

We have a huge arsenal of body weight exercises as well as variety of kit that we use in each session, so you can benefit from an all round improvement and transformation.



We bring people together from all over the world, literally. It doesn’t matter what level of fitness you are, what does matter is finding out where you are now, progressing you at a rate you are comfortable and happy with, and then setting our targets in a realistic fashion that you personally are confident you can achieve.
