  • Do I have to be fit?

    No. Our members vary in age and fitness level. Yes, you’ll see some super-fit people here, but you’ll also see some who aren’t; we all start somewhere. Your fitness goal is unique to you. We’ll assess your current level, personalise your programme and take it at a pace that works for you.

  • How to get back into training after a break?

    We all know it can be difficult, the weeks quickly turn into months and we make up reasons not to start today… …let’s talk tips on how to get back into it

  • How fast should I lose weight?

    This is one of those questions where we can recommend a ball park figure but it is very much dependant on you; typically, dropping between 1-2lbs a week is good going. But if you are carrying more weight, you may see a larger loss initially.

  • I eat healthy but still I don't see any weight loss

    Believe it or not, you can gain weight even when eating healthy. Much like you can lose weight even when eating unhealthily
    It comes down to being in a calorie deficit….if you aren’t in one, it doesn’t matter how healthy your diet is, the scales won’t do what you are wanting them to do
