COACH KAYLEIGH (AKA. 'GI JAYNE')

Before you consider me as a coach let me tell you a bit about myself. I was a vehicle mechanic in the British Army for 8 years, a great job where I got to travel and indulge in the sports I enjoyed. It was a great job but I wasn’t doing what I was passionate about, I was stuck in a rut. I decided to step out of my comfort zone and I gave my notice to leave the Forces.

I’ve been exactly where you are now...

I’ve been exactly where you are now, I’ve got two amazing young boys and a husband who works a lot of hours so making time for myself is difficult. I started off training with Joe back in 2016 which was what originally inspired me to extend my knowledge and turn my dreams into reality. If I can do it, so can you!

Having two children myself, I’ve witnessed first-hand what changes happen to our body not just through pregnancy but also how it becomes more difficult to change back to what you may have been before.


BUT YOU KNOW WHAT.....IT'S OK!

After all who says you should go straight back to your best?

These are people who have never had children and don't understand the obstacles you face and the NEW PRIORITY that's in your life that's now WAY ABOVE your own needs and desires.

I’m not someone who will pander to you needs, if you have a goal I will get you there.
