OUR BEACH BOOTCAMP STYLE FITNESS SESSIONS
BeachFit Body is our group beach bootcamp style fitness session. Who doesn't want a beach body?
The sessions are tailored to ensure everyone works to their capabilities.
Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 7-8pm
We have taken those who have never run before and with our help, they are now able to run 4miles+. Ladies, who before couldn’t do one proper press up, are now showing the lads up - even those who wanted to lose weight after pregnancy or long term inactivity.
We also have ability groups which means we can cater for everyone. Red, Yellow and Blue; when you first join you can jump in with the Blue group and progress as you get fitter and stronger
Our regular BeachFit Body goers are now the people who newer members are inspired by.
